Is Paris Engaged... Again?

Interesting, interesting. P6 reports that party girl Paris and on again/off again formerly floppy haired boyfriend Stavros Niarchos may be engaged, since P was spotted recently with a ring on her finger while out with Stav. Read on!

ARE Paris Hilton and Stavros Niarchos engaged, or is the attention-starved heirhead pulling another sad publicity ploy? Hilton shocked partygoers Monday night when she arrived at Stacey Bendet's "Black & White" dinner for her clothing line alice+olivia at Katsuya in L.A. wearing a huge diamond ring on her left hand. She strolled in with her on-again, off-again Greek - and a ring that looked suspiciously like the fake "diamond" solitaire she once claimed former fiancé Paris Latsis gave her. (Latsis actually gave her a smaller ring from Cartier.) Either way, Hilton wasn't being very open about it. The celebutard acted coy when dinner guests asked about Niarchos and the ring. She spent the night canoodling with Niarchos (who last told Page Six he was "a student"), next to sister Nicky Hilton, Brandon "Greasy Bear" Davis, Michelle Trachtenberg and Mena Suvari. Reps for Hilton and Niarchos didn't return calls for comment.

Madonna for H&M Redux

JUST in case you missed the first collection, H&M has decided to join forces with Madonna yet again, this time for "M By Madonna", a womanswear collection. Read on!

STOCKHOLM, Sweden - Europe's largest fashion retailer Hennes & Mauritz has once again sealed a deal to create a fashion line with Madonna, the company said Thursday. Madonna will team up with H&M's head of design Margareta van den Bosch to create the "M by Madonna" women's wear collection — scheduled to be launched globally in March. This is the second time the world-famous singer collaborates with the Swedish clothing chain. H&M supplied Madonna and her entire entourage with a complete offstage wardrobe for the Confessions World Tour that began on May 21. "I've made no secret of my love for fashion and trends," Madonna said in a statement. "Working with Margareta and H&M was an exciting and new creative challenge for me. I'm really happy with the results and look forward to wearing 'M by Madonna' along with the rest of the world." H&M said the new collection will "reflect Madonna's timelessness, unique and always glamorous style." Madonna has a long history of working with Swedes, including music video director Jonas Akerlund and top music producer and song writer Anders Bagge.

NEW YORK, December 6, 2006 — Coty Inc., the world's largest fragrance company, announced today the signing of a global licensing agreement with Gwen Stefani, the Grammy-winning recording artist, to develop and market a line of fragrances for her fashion and accessories brand, L.A.M.B.
The partnership is the first foray by the multi-talented singer and fashion designer into the fragrance market. The yet-to-be-named fragrance, which will debut Fall 2007, will reflect the unique blend of verve, style, and vivacity of L.A.M.B. fashions and accessories.
"Creating a fragrance is one of the most prestigious things a designer can do," said Gwen Stefani. "For me it's like another thing you can wear and another thing I can creatively be a part of."
