Is Kristen waging a small war against waif-du-jour Nicole Richie? The former Laguna Beacher follows up tabloid appearances in her "You Can Have Him" tee (a little note to Nicole Richie presumably) with a new BFF, none other than Richie's ex, Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein. According to Page Six, Kristin arrived with AM at a Guess party in NYC where she also walked the red carpet with him. After chatting in Capitale's VIP, they left together and were said to have hung out at Bungalow 8 and Tenjune afterwards. Kristin continues to claim she's single, a rep maintains the two are "just friends". And Kristen's comment on her ex and his new love? "I think she’s a sweetheart. I think they’ll be good together. So I’m happy for both of them.”
