The heiress didn't go without punishment for her alleged DUI, as Officer Martha Garcia of the LAPD confirmed to Teen People that despite her claims to KIIS FM's Ryan Seacrest, Paris Hilton was arrested and charged with a DUI, and detained for two and a half hours.
